For ten years, we didn't think you could have a child. And now he's here. The miracle that you prayed for. And now you know what it feels like to have a boy "Just For You". Now you know. And I pray that you will continue to be the daddy I know you can be. I pray that the bond between you two will grow stronger each day, and that you always realize what a precious gift you've been given. Though I hope things work out between us, even if they don't I pray that you will always be here for your son. It's been super crazy round' here! The world around us has ceased to exist since baby Jake came home , I think were all comming back to planet earth though . Boy oh boy, there just aren't words to describe the joy that has filled our home!
Jake was born Sunday Dec. 3rd at 11:03 He was 8lbs and 22in I only had to push 4 times, yeah! And I can breath! Oh thank-you Jesus I can breath!

Feelin' a little weird today, . Still waitin' on baby, the baby swing by the sofa has transformed into a magazine rack , the handmade cradle has become a catch-all for the boys sweaters and jackets , my hospital bag has been packed and in my mother's trunk since mid Nov. , baby's going home outfit has changed as many times as I have in the past 2 weeks , and I think Stu (my cat) is wondering why he can't hang out in the nifty little "cage" sitting by mama's bed? On my way to the doctors, maybe today's the day? I'll be around to visit everyone later on... Be Blessed, PJ
